Leave the city at dawn for a guided walk along the swamp edge with Kampala birders. We walk slowly, whisper, and finish with a long breakfast on mats by the lake.

The Intentionality Pledge

Every host answers these before a gathering is published, and is held to them afterwards.

Why it exists

Most of us only see the city waking up through a windscreen. This morning is about noticing what lives at its edges.

The ritual

  • Walk in silence for the first hour
  • Binoculars are shared, not hoarded
  • Breakfast begins only when everyone sits

The afterglow

On the ride home, you should feel Grounded & Centered.

How the host measures success

Every guest can name three birds they saw.

The vibe

Four dimensions, set by the host and checked by our curators.
